The main entrance and breakfast area offer a nice start to your day, with a decent selection of food. One of the standout elements was the air conditioning, which was much appreciated during my stay. Unfortunately, the housekeeping service seemed a bit inconsistent, affecting the overall comfort. While the hotel has a lovely outdoor swimming pool, I found it somewhat underwhelming in terms of ambiance. For those keen on exploring, the hotel provided decent tours and ticket assistance, which is a plus. I felt the amenities offered didn't align with the high price tag. Bela Casa holds potential but may require time and investment to truly shine. It's a reminder to weigh luxury against value in your travels.
